Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is open to new customers only. For the purpose of this offer, a ‘new customer’ is defined as an account that has never held an investment with Wellesley.
2. The offer is limited to one £100 bonus investment per customer.
3. To be eligible for this offer, new customers must make a minimum investment into any of Wellesley's retail investment bonds of £1,000. This is the minimum criteria acceptable for this offer. Should a customer wish to invest more, they may do so.
4. Investments must be made in increments of £1,000.
5. Wellesley & Co will credit the £100 to the customer’s holding account after the bond lists on Euronext Dublin.
6. There is no fixed end date for this offer. Wellesley reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time. However, should Wellesley discontinue the offer, it will run it until the submission deadline for the live bonds at the point of discontinuation.
7. Wellesley reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any moment, without prior notice.
8. The investment can be held either in an investment account or an ISA.
9. Customers must be aged 18 or over.
10. The customer must commit funds for the full fixed-term duration of the eligible bond. If the customer requests that the bond issuer or affiliated party redeems their bond before the maturity date, Wellesley & Co may, at its absolute discretion, deduct the £100 bonus from the final capital repayment. In the event that the bond does not list on Euronext Dublin, the offer will not apply, and all invested funds will be returned to investors' client holding accounts.
11. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these promotional specific terms and conditions which are in conjunction with Wellesley's platform terms and conditions.
12. Customers participating in this promotion are not eligible to combine this offer with any other current Wellesley & Co, Wellesley Finance Plc or Wellesley Secured Finance Plc offer, unless otherwise stated within the terms and conditions of the other.
13. Customers must send funds from a bank account in their own name from an acceptable institution. It should be noted that Wellesley is under no obligation to accept any funds. Wellesley does accept funds from a joint account; however, the transfer must state your name and not your partner's name.
14. Any participant found to be operating multiple accounts in promotions will be in breach of these and general account terms and the promoter will determine at its sole discretion by whatever means it deems necessary to establish if different entries and accounts are connected to the same person. Bonus offers are limited to one bonus per person.
15. If Wellesley, at its sole discretion, has reason to believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred, it reserves the right to withdraw the offer from subscribed investments.
16. Employees of Wellesley Group or any associated companies are not eligible for this offer.
