We require this information as part of our due diligence processes which requires us to verify our customers’ identity for tax and anti-money laundering purposes. - Where can I find this information?
Your National Insurance number can be found on a number of documents from your employer or HMRC such as payslips, P60s, letters about tax or pensions. It can also be found on your Personal Tax account with the Government if you've set it up. This can be accessed here.

- We require this information so that we’re able to transfer funds to your bank account should you make a withdrawal from your Wellesley account.

Are you an existing customer wanting to open an ISA account?
If so, please complete and return this form.
You only need to complete the Transfer Authority Form (page 2) if you would like to transfer an existing ISA holding to Wellesley.
We will contact you to let you know once your new ISA account has been open.
